1.3 Services, Access & Availability

License for personal, non-commercial use. We may modify or suspend services with notice where practicable.

1.4 Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Prices in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. Payments via Stripe or similar. Chargebacks without cause may result in account suspension.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All content owned by Alphahold L.L.C-FZ or licensors. No reproduction without permission.

1.6 User-Generated Content & Acceptable Use

You grant us a license to use submitted content. No unlawful, infringing, obscene, or harmful content.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

We exclude liability for indirect damages. Max liability: amount paid in past 12 months.

1.8 Indemnity

You indemnify us for losses from your breach of these terms.

1.9 Force Majeure

No liability for events beyond our control.

1.10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches.

1.11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

UAE law; exclusive jurisdiction: Dubai Courts.
